CONF: Politics of Secession in the European Union

The LSE Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method, together with the Forum for European Philosophy, is pleased to announce the:

 

International Conference on the Politics of Secession in the European Union

 

Date: 22 May, 2012

Venue: Senate House, London

 

Secession has become an urgent issue in today’s world with movements in several EU states and other parts of the world. The conference focuses on the political situation in Catalonia, Flanders and Scotland, and aims to address social, economic, moral and legal aspects.
